Two different people came to the house (different times). Both were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional-looking. They found and fixed 2 sources for the leaks that soaked our living room rug, plus a fairly serious leak outside. They got us to have the water company check our meter, which showed that the outside leak was leaking 0.25 gal./min. (high water bills).
