No issue with them until it came time to move our generator from our home we were selling in June 2020 to store, until our new home was built in May 2021. Pricing for the disconnect / reconnect was all over the place. Finally $1,500 for the disconnect, however Grasten left our slab at the old house, had to go back to get it but it was too late in the day for them to bring to us to store with the generator so they took it to store at their warehouse. When trying to get scheduled for the reconnect at the new house, 3 months in advance, I was told they were 16 weeks out then 20 to 26 weeks out for any availability, however they needed a few items from me to get the quote done. I got those items over to Josh the next day via email and asked for the quote in my email as well as to be scheduled for the reconnect. I never received an email response from Josh, therefore I called the office to only find out that they also left the transfer switch at the old house and we will now have to purchase a new one. I don't recommend Grasten! If you do use them, get everything in writing and still be ready for them to not honor their agreements.

In the previous e mail I have outlined it the e-mail . It comes down to LACK OF CONTACT AMD WHEN PARTS ARE ORDER< WHEN THEY ARE DELIV ERD; then when re[airs will be made,etc. As in my previous note I have called with no information,etc.

As far as I am concerned, keep doing what you are doing. Your customers are your business.
Send out PM reminders twice a year and place a company label or sticker on unit or transfer switch housing so your number is always handy. You really don't need to improve anything your service is first rate.
