No issue with them until it came time to move our generator from our home we were selling in June 2020 to store, until our new home was built in May 2021. Pricing for the disconnect / reconnect was all over the place. Finally $1,500 for the disconnect, however Grasten left our slab at the old house, had to go back to get it but it was too late in the day for them to bring to us to store with the generator so they took it to store at their warehouse. When trying to get scheduled for the reconnect at the new house, 3 months in advance, I was told they were 16 weeks out then 20 to 26 weeks out for any availability, however they needed a few items from me to get the quote done. I got those items over to Josh the next day via email and asked for the quote in my email as well as to be scheduled for the reconnect. I never received an email response from Josh, therefore I called the office to only find out that they also left the transfer switch at the old house and we will now have to purchase a new one. I don't recommend Grasten! If you do use them, get everything in writing and still be ready for them to not honor their agreements.

I have been waiting for more than a year for the generation system to do it's thing. The electricity went out last night, the generator that I purchased started immediately and there was seamless power to my house. Although it is Houston it happened to be 36 degrees in which I might of been chilly when I woke up but that did not happen because of the unit that was installed. Hec I will be able to watch the football games today while my neighbors are wondering why I still have power. Great job Grasten, I surely appreciate it!

This company got it done. There is no other way to describe the dedication from a personal phone call by the president to each and every employee that was onsite. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and they literally moved mountains to install a generator quickly and efficiently. They followed their timelines and showed up exactly when they said they would. There was zero headache on our part and we could focus on providing my mom the comfort care she needs. This company was outstanding.

We called Grasten to perform the first service on our standby Generac 38 kw generator. Trevor their service technician was professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed the service requirements in terms of what Generac recommends and performed the service with no issues. It was a good experience all around from scheduling the maintenance to the work performed . We would highly recommend Grasten. Good job! A.J. Clark Woodlands Tx

In the previous e mail I have outlined it the e-mail . It comes down to LACK OF CONTACT AMD WHEN PARTS ARE ORDER< WHEN THEY ARE DELIV ERD; then when re[airs will be made,etc. As in my previous note I have called with no information,etc.

Service has been top notch for the past 2+ years since we got the unit. Service man is always on time. They all have been very friendly, well mannered. Especially Kory...terrific person.

They are always there when promised. The companies personnel returns phone calls promptly and usually I am able to talk to service dept or get technical help when needed.

Send out PM reminders twice a year and place a company label or sticker on unit or transfer switch housing so your number is always handy. You really don't need to improve anything your service is first rate.

Very forthcoming in pricing expectations. Had an issue with our generator that it wouldn't start after an outage. Even though we were past the warranty and not under a maintenenace contract, they came out to fix it that morning. I have been under contract ever since.

...they stand behind their product - the installation was excellent. The product adds piece of mind and we have "enjoyed" power outages now for several years.

Install a year and a half ago went without a hitch. Grasten obtained all permits and was present for each phase. Their technician, Jordan, was on time, professional and answered questions I had without hesitation. We haven't had any problems, but based on what Grasten has done so far, I don't doubt they would stand by the product (General Whole Hose Generator)

I would highly recommend Grasten. Pricing is competitive, service is great, customer service and outside service personnel are competent, "Texas courteous" and efficient. Very happy after two+ years with a water cooled Generac emergency generator.
