One of the marks of a great company is their desire and ability to take corrective feed back for improvement. We wish we could be able to be helpful in this regard, however our experience was so complete and quite a pleasure for us throughout the entire process (that is typically extremely stressful). The Heritance team did not leave any detail undone, and were a joy to work with. They have our complete trust and gratitude. We would recommend them to anyone with absolute confidence.
A difficult question as the experience was great. Maybe some warm chocolate chip cookies for the kids after the sale. I am unable to think of a way to improve on the job that was done - hence the cookies. Any difficulty we had resided with “other parties” and out of their control. Only other thought would be a summary of items that are TX specific...especially for those new to the state. The property taxes, homestead laws, and maybe mortgage “step” process for the buying experience. To set on course the mind set and prepare the buyer so to know what comes next and expected time lines.
