They were quick to reply to my inquiries, quick in getting me the quote, and quick at getting a crew scheduled once we confirmed everything on our end - smooth process throughout!

Check where the down spouts go, and rinse down the storm drains any debris that might have gotten washed from the roof into the parking lot. Inform us of any issues on our building, and where they might be, or inform us if you didn't find anything wrong, so we can either get it fixed or have peace of mind.

They are punctual and do a good job in general.

Window washing can improve. Last year, the person couldn't reach a section of the window and nice to communicate why. I would expect you have the right equipment to reach any shape or height of window.

Our windows had streaks on them and were not cleaned properly and one entire picture window was missed. The screens were not cleaned as well when taken off to get to the windows. We had to ask the technician to clean the pine needles from between the shakes on the roof as he would have just left them as is. Also, the cleanup process is shoddy as your technicians for the past 3 years have blown the debris from the roof in my flower beds of which I have to rake up.

It was easy to get a quote, get a revised quote based on clearer information and schedule the job in short order. The whole process was very efficient and Margit was very responsive in all of our communication. The on the job service person was very polite, called us in advance and came when he said he would. He did good work and cleaned up well when he was done. I couldn't have asked for more.

Your office worked hard to get me on the schedule ahead of an event during a busy time, and your crew stayed to power wash the front walk as an add-on AFTER they had washed the porch windows, AND cleaned them afterward!👍🏼👍🏼
