Work could not be done in one day as expected. ( unanticipated issues). But ProCare came out the following day and completed everything. We Did not get put on the “backburner”. They took care of it.

ProCare was on time. Our house is a beast when it comes to window washing and gutter cleaning. We have six levels. I forgot to tell them to clean some things, but when I went to look at these things, they were already done. Cole in particular worked extremely hard to get it finished. i will have this company back next year.

I got a speedy response to my estimate request. Someone was able to come out same day! He arrived on time and did a great job cleaning my gutters. I will definitely refer ProCare to friends and family.

I am delighted to say I'm one of the oldest ProCare clients--I think it was just Andy and one friend when I called about gutter cleaning! Now I'm on the "automatic recall" program so I get to see them at least twice a year for gutters and often the exteriors of our windows. They are consistently friendly, reliable and thoughtful, and also do a great job. Our roof is very tall and I never go up there, so I also appreciate that they point out things that I need to know about, like a loose roof shingle etc. Prices are reasonable, given the quality and service. Happy to be a longtime client!
