I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as a new patient with all paper work completes in advance. I waited for 75 minutes and still was never called back to see anyone. I left because I had to take off work for this appointment. No one said the doctor was running behind so badly. No one from the front desk said anything to me as I waited. Customer service failures like this are ridiculous in today’s service economy. I would not recommend or ever return here.
Communicate process of seeing patient to patient better. I did not know what I was suppose to dr I after doctor finished seeing me. Was not told if leave exam room or not. Nurse did not come in after dr left. I had to stock head out of exam room and ask.
Mainly that I’ve been a patient for many years... you have all my info concerning what is covered by my insurance and don’t trust me? While I needed care... and I learned about you from my internal medicine dr. Craig Dearden, I’m just very frustrated with several other medical issues... and I think it is in my chart. I work for the govt... if it were to change I’d know about it in November.can I you please call me after 5:00 pm... I don’t want to get in trouble anymore, resulting in my firing...
I think they need to get a bigger waiting room. People are in wheel chairs and scooters due to their foot issues. They have enough chairs, but it is hard to navigate when you are in a wheel chair or on a scooter.
Nothing. I like the new offices & the staff are all very friendly & nice.
Printed instructions Could be clearer.
Just a tad more time to explain meaning of test results to patients + the plan based on info gained thus far. Let the patient ask one or three questions. We realize your time is at a premium.
Nothing...they are an example of what others should do.
Wait time.
Get patients in quicker-I waited over an hour in the waiting room and had already completed all my paperwork before I came in.

I had to wait until 11:40 for an 11:00 appointment (after I called in saying I would be 10-15 mintues late to complete something that came up... and was told I would loose my appointment.... so I missed my activity then waited 40 minutes). The doctor completed my surgery before having me sign the patient compliance form - which was okay because I was fine with getting the surgery and was unaware that I needed to sign anything but this should not be forgotten about for future patients... could be a legal issue and felt irresponsible to me. And lastly I was informed afterwards that my surgery was not covered by insurance, something I would have liked to know beforehand because you have employees who call and ask about those things beforehand, I was fine with paying but out of courtesy for your clientele it is nice to have information discussed with you when they know the possible outcomes of your visit and have called to obtain your health insurance information weeks in advance.
