Be hard to improve what is already very good.
Keep up the high level of care and concern

Nothing
Just continue with the great customer service and the friendly and caring way they treat their patients.
Stay the same
Talk to my insurance company (Humana) and explain to them that I am on blood thinners and must have a podiatrist cut my toenails. $85 for 5-10 minutes seems unreasonable.

Better help with billing. It would have been nice to have some type of price of my procedure up front so you are aware of what type of money you would need prior to the surgery. This would help with planning for my surgery. The surgical center did not tell me how much money I was going to be required to pay on the day of my surgery until I arrived the morning of my surgery. I called over 6 times trying to get something. What if I didn’t have it? Then everyone would have loss time money and discomfort. Not good customer service. I was very very disappointed with process.

My primary care physician referred me to this practice because I was having problems trimming my toenails. As a diabetic I feared cutting myself and I DID cut myself when I trimmed my toenails. I saw Dr. Beede. I felt he rushed as he hurriedly and roughly snipped my nails. He also managed to painfully nick the skin on two of my toes … just what I'd hoped to avoid. He said he didn’t hurt me because I didn’t yell! When making the appointment, I was told the practice participated with Medicare and BCBS, but after arriving at the office I was told that toe nail clipping was not covered and I'd be charged $85.00, which I paid. Dr. Beede said I had extra skin growth under my toenails which made them difficult to cut. Dr. Beede also said I had fungus on my nails and I would be “given” a cream at check out. Turns out the cream was $50.00, which I did not pay. (I found a product with the same active ingredient at the same strength for $5.32 at Walmart.) By the time I got my shoes and socks on and left the exam room Dr. Beede was already finishing up with his next patient! I was given no paperwork to indicate what the findings were, what treatment I had received, or what the substance was that he put on my cuts (a chemical cauterizer?).
