While we received a phone call the morning after our move about our damage list, it took several more weeks for someone to finally contact us about scheduling repairs to several items damaged during our move. We were told he had been out sick for several weeks. We responded via email to David Teachman who contacted us, and have never heard anything back since. We went ahead and had GE repair our refrigerator because it was not usable in its damaged state. They have not sent us a bill yet, but it took them two trips and several parts to repair. We also had Maytag diagnose the damaged dryer control panel, and they've informed us that the parts that were damaged have all been discontinued and it can not be repaired. They even looked for used units and secondhand parts to try to fix the disconnected control panel. After our initial walk through, we also found damage to a chest of drawers in the master bedroom that was covered by packing materials.
