This is my second time using MoveStar. I received my quote in a timely manner and was moved in the promised time frame.

They were very conscientious......I have had many moving companies in the past.....the cheaper ones don't care and broke my stuff.....MoveStar was very careful....the packers AND the movers were both great!

I would never use another moving company. Move Star is so professional from receiving an estimate from Lance to the gentlemen that moved us. My furniture has never been damaged, and they do not leave the job until every piece of furniture is exactly where you want it.

The movers are efficient and professional. In addition they are friendly and understand moving is stressful.

The people. I have moved apartments twice and both times, everyone was so helpful and personable. I trusted them 100% and could tell they cared about the service they provided, which was excellent!

A most relaxed and stress-free experience for me, so welcome and unexpected ~ due to the gracious, careful efficiency and professionalism of coordinator Gus Sotelo and of both teams: Marcella, Liliana and Carolina (packing and unpacking team) and Chris, Tucker, Sammy, Esteban and Eddie (moving). Just a wonderful and relaxing experience (and I hate moving!). And I learned a new way to cook ravioli :). Would always use them again! Both teams worked quickly and cost less than the estimates which is always a pleasure. Each team was personable and professional in demeanor and very careful of my wishes and of my items, and organized so that everything went back where it belonged, whether furniture or rubberbands. Description of work: MoveStar packed, moved, and unpacked my office and storeroom and had very long walks to and from the elevators in both buildings but were very gracious and upbeat throughout. Stellar.

Everyone who was involved in my move was nice, thoughtful, kind, professional, experienced, careful and speedy. Out of all the moves I've experienced, Move Star was without question the superior company. I would recommend them without question.
