Clean up a bit better around the job site. Make the surrounding area look better.
Maybe give more support to your people. One guy showed up for a two-person job. The second guy showed up when the work was almost done. The reason he was late was because he was "hung up" on the previous job he was at.
Whenever I called, it always went to an answering service. That became a bit frustrating. :)
If they can make technician available to work on Saturday's too .But no big deal.
We have no complaints, except the price seems high for Christmas light installation. It's really hard to justify spending so much, but Carson has done a fantastic job--which is why we've been willing to continue.
Do you have a calendared system? If so, we would like to be added to yearly lights with gutters and try window cleaning 1/2X year.
