I felt I was kind of tricked into using 2 trucks, 2 crews for our move. As a result, I feel we overpaid for a move that was literally less than 5 minutes away.

The guys were on time and got things done in a timely manner. Also they were very friendly and easy to work with.

A lot , their prices per hour seemed to high. They over use shrink wrap like it has gone out of style. Moving pads were made for moving, they should use them. I asked the guys to borrow the wardrobe boxes he had in his truck and he insisted that he had to charge me an extra 30 for them. Your website clearly states there will not be any extra charges of any kind. When I refused to agree to pay the fee he took the wardrobes back on his truck. They tore up my heavy duty extra fluffy pillow top mattress in several places. This wouldn't have happened if boxes were provided and used. They can be reused for many jobs. Also my 32 inch computer monitor is completely broken from top to bottom on right side. This could have easily been avoided with a little more care and less hurry. I do also feel that since we had six guys moving , seven counting me we should have finished several hours earlier. But overal I was happy with the move. I myself worked as a owner operator over the road mover/driver for Atlas Van Lines for 15 years but hurt my back and had to find a new career choice. So I am probably a bit more difficult to please customer but at the same time I have seen and done about every move type in the book.

Tony's crew came on time, were very careful not to cause any damage to the furniture or the houses. They did the moving very fast. I already recommended them to one of our friends and would happily recommend AB moving to anyone seeking good economical moving services.

I was not informed about possibly needing 2 trucks for our move until the day before. This kind of felt like an "upsell" technique. Turned out we probably did need both trucks but kind of felt like we overpaid as the first truck crew stayed and worked with the second crew even though their truck was loaded, therefore staying on the clock. Would have liked to see a quote for a flat rate.

On time, everything was very carefully wrapped and they were still able to quickly load and unload everything. There was no damage on any item and the whole crew was very friendly and polite. Great experience!

The AB Moving Crew we had were extremely professional, respectful and courteous. The crew arrived at our home on time and was really efficient and took great care in moving our personal belongings.
