The movers were hours late. They arrived at 12:42, but I was told that I had to agree that it was 12:30 when they arrived because "the system" would not allow a 12:42 arrival time. I chose not to argue because I was several hours behind schedule and could afford to lose any more time.

avoid damaging things in the process, cooperate with our instructions, tell people when they arrive that the "padded paper" is $80 more and give them a chance to decline that. Remain courteous on the phone even after payment has been rendered.

This is a great moving company! Starting from calling to set the appointment, which was quick and easy. The movers themselves were quick and efficient as well. They wrapped everything that was necessary, and took care while carrying everything to the truck, including navigating my difficult staircase. No damage done to anything, or any items gone missing in transit. I have moved all over the country, and this company was by far the best, and so cheap!

I did not like how y'all rounded the charges up to the next half hour. It took 3hrs and 15minutes to get us moved from start to finish, which is what we should have been charged, not 3hrs and 30minutes. That's not fair at all!

Hector's team of 3 was super fast . Moved me out (wrapped everything up) and got my items from my house to a storage unit in less than an hour.

They wrap every item and almost nothing gets damaged. If something does, they are honest and point it out to you.

High quality, reliable service at a competitive price. If problems arise the management team is quick to resolve any issues. My Senior Move Management business relies heavily on AB Moving and they always deliver!

I know that I can count on them to be there when they say they say they will be. They are fast, professional, and friendly. I would not have gone with any other company to help me move not my new home.
