The movers were hours late. They arrived at 12:42, but I was told that I had to agree that it was 12:30 when they arrived because "the system" would not allow a 12:42 arrival time. I chose not to argue because I was several hours behind schedule and could afford to lose any more time.
avoid damaging things in the process, cooperate with our instructions, tell people when they arrive that the "padded paper" is $80 more and give them a chance to decline that. Remain courteous on the phone even after payment has been rendered.
I did not like how y'all rounded the charges up to the next half hour. It took 3hrs and 15minutes to get us moved from start to finish, which is what we should have been charged, not 3hrs and 30minutes. That's not fair at all!
Just keep up the great work guys!
Maybe get rid of trip fee.
They forgot a bed frame.

Equip moving teams with specialty padding to protect door frames & stairwell bannisters, and runners to protect entryway flooring in the homes.

Generally good experience but they could improve by slowing down just a little. That is a minor request.
