The movers were late and it took 3 hours for a move of a 2 bedroom apartment. I used this same company previously with the same apartment and similar storage unit and it took them less than 2 hours for the move. I even moved less items than I previously have in the past and it took 3 hours this time.

I did not like anything about our moving experience. They showed no caution or care in moving our belongings. They used a dolly to bang our furniture down the steps instead of having two men guide it down.
