1) If I wasn't watching directly the movers would hang out at the truck and chat 2) They left water bottles all over the house and one in the street 3) They left my area rug outside in the stairwell of the apartment we left, I found it the next day when cleaning. 4) The movers informed me it would cost extra to move my safe, but they didn't tell me exactly how much. I was shocked that it was $210. It only took one guy with a dolly, we would have moved it ourselves had we known. 5) If a box didn't have a lid or it wasn't easily stackable (like a bag of stuff) they left it. 6) I bought them lunch and they took a 45 minute break to eat it, which was totally fine, but at the check-out at the end they had not included their break in my per hour total. So when I clicked on it he added 30 minutes to it and I didn't feel like haggling over it so I let it go. 7) During the 20 minutes I was out picking up lunch for the movers my husband (sick with the flu inside) said the movers did not enter the house one time. 8) Not sure if we underestimated on the amount of stuff we had, or they had a small truck because of the tire blow out, but they left 1/3 of our garage and we had to call other movers to finish the job the following day, including the bags they did not take. This means for 5.5 hours of professional movers total we ended up spending $900 -- that's $180/hour.

Be on time. When you are the first stop of the day, there is no reason someone should be late. Also have the customer service treat people better, especially if you plan on using then again.

I am not sure that they can do anything. Great service from the onset call for quote to actual move date.
Train some of their staff to speak better English.
I received a call two days before the move to confirm. At that time the person I talked to said I could put things in garbage bags and that I didn't need to pack drawers, etc. because they would shrink wrap them. I wish I had had that information before than, it would have helped saved time. Maybe there should be an automatic email that goes to the customer about this when they make the reservation. This is just a suggestion to improve the process. The overall move was pretty good and I would recommend AB Moving. The apartment complex I moved from recommended you.
