I am a realtor, I recommend your company all the time. I personally have used you almost 5 times in the last 2 years. This past experience was the most awful move I have ever had. I hired 2 crews thinking this would be my best bet. Instead of 2 working crews I had 2 guys that worked hard and 4 others who didnt. It took them over 12 hours to move a 3500 sq foot home. I dont know if it was the crews but it was ridiculous. I have never been so unhappy and on top of that it cost me almost double than the last 2 moves of my home. I guess I should have made it a 2 day move considering how long it took them. I am still referring your company but every one that uses you seems to still be getting good service. Couldnt have picked a worse person to give bad service to.

They were very flexible. I had to re-schedule, and Felicia and Janine were professional and helpful and friendly.

I had a little trouble communicating my need to have the boys tape the bottom of the boxes. Some things got broken. They were not valuable to anyone but me. Also, they need to make one last sweep through the big houses to make sure that we didn't overlook something. My very expensive vaccum was left at the house. Exhausted and completely spent, I did not go back to retrieve it, as it is in another town. They did work hard without breaks, were very respectful, and I enjoyed their friendly attitude.

Several things got broken. They were not expensive or valuable to anyone but me, and they did not take one last look through the house. They did not bring my vaccum. I had a little trouble conveying my concern that they weren't taping the bottom of the boxes, and sure enough those items broken were because of the boxes not being taped. But the boys were very helpful and sweet and did a good job without breaks and just really worked hard. I will definitely recommend them again.

They were very quick and efficient. Got in, got my stuff, got it in my new house in a minimum of time.

They weren't as careful with some of my things as they could have been. One of my lampshades was bent and cracked. They put the table leg caps off the floor -- which were covered in dust and dirt -- into the box with my clean laundry, so now I have to wash all those sheets and clean the dirt out of the box.

The crew was prompt, very professional, and took really good care of our furniture. I could not stress this enough. The guys that worked out move were exceeded expectations. Also, they make payment and booking very easy. This is the second time we have used AB Moving and we will continue to do so.

Friendly, courteous, always on time (or early). Very careful with my things, put pieces back together in new place! This has been a great find for me....I've used AB 3 times in 5 years and I recommend them a lot!

The movers where very careful when handling our furniture. Corners were bubble wrapped for protection. There was not one scratch on the walls either.

Have workers that cared and don't lie. Paid for two hours and left after 1 hour. Left 7 items in truck plus leftover packing material. Left my 15 year old daughter to unload cab of uhaul. Said they couldn't help her because he already clocked out on his iPad which was a lie. I watched him clock out later when I signed. Plus they only worked one hour and charged for two hours. Worst company in metroplex! I'll make sure everyone I know never use ab, I know I won't.

movers were very efficient - it was nice they way they shrunk wrapped everything to protect our furniture. it was a very hot day and we moved to a 3rd story apartment. they disassembled and re-assembled our beds. Although it took longer than expected (4.5 hours for a 2 bedroom), I was very pelased with the outcome.

the movers were good but showed up at the wrong place so I was waiting for 30 mins. and when they did show up they looked like they just go out of bed and not ready to jump into action! They did not even bring themselves any water for this job! it was 104 degrees! I went and bought everyone big bottles of water. Also did not know how to "assemble a bed frame. I am just bringing this up so that perhaps in the future they arrive prepared and ready to work! They were all very nice guys and kicked it up a notch when we got to unloading with our help. I do appreciate AB Moving and will recommend. Thanks. Sharon Joyce
