Not a thing.
There was one problem. Our sofa bed would not fit through the entries to our new apartment. Your men tried mightily - which I commend - to get it in, but to no avail. The problem was that in their trying, they damaged the wall corners so that they have to be replastered and repainted, and they damaged the floor (a sort of resilient imitation wood planking. They tore this in a few places. Haven't talked to apartment management yet, but I assume they will hold me responsible for the repair costs. I do not fault your workers good intentions - they worked hard in high heat to try to get it in, but as professional movers, they should have known when to stop and avoid this kind of damage. I am reluctant to criticize, but this is going to cost money to fix.
A little bit more care going through doorways. Dressers and other items were lightly banged against doors and door casings. No damage.

Have a plan to handle moves that don't go well. You say you have the best and fastest guys, but there's no guarantee to back that up or protect the customer when a team is slow and inefficient.

Have all tools necessary on hand for hat might be needed for a move, less down time.
