The packers were surprised by how much stuff I had. The sales rep could have done a better job estimating the amount of work to be done. Also, there were a few cabinets and drawers that didn’t get packed up. And many things were left in the garage.

My only complaint is that some of the packing was subpar. It was obvious that some of the pack team to great care with our more delicate items and some just did not. In addition, I’m not sure what happened, but I had scheduled our move for July 17th, but when I contacted Jim to request an additional week, he said our move was initially scheduled for July 24th and was never scheduled for July 17th. It worked in our favor, but that was a pretty big mistake. I’m guessing things were so crazy because of the freeze that this is not indicative of the norm at Movestar.
