I can’t say enough about MoveStar! The whole crew was fabulous. They were so careful with our belongings and incredibly courteous. I would highly recommend them.

They scratched my brand new refrigerator and seem to think because I didn't buy their accident insurance, they are not obligated to resolve the matter. They said they would send someone to take pictures and the owner said he would work with me, but it's been 3 weeks and not a word. In addition, they did not inform me when they disconnected the icemaker that there was a leak. They did not put the plug on the valve either. I didn't find about about the leak until 2 weeks later when I met with my contractor. The wall and tile floor were wet. I am fortunate there was no drywall damage. And lastly, they took no measurements, didn't remove the doors and tried repeatedly to fit my refrigerator through too small a space. As a result, they chipped the side of a kitchen cabinet. In my opinion Movestar was negligent in all cases. My refrigerator would not be scratched if they had wrapped and protected it before getting on their truck. As for the leak, all they had to do was tell me so I could have quickly fixed it. And the cabinet would not have been damaged if they had taken the time to measure and remove the doors. I chose Movestar because they advertise that they are off duty or retired firefighters. I wanted to give back to our first responders that have to take second or part time jobs because they are paid so poorly. None of my 3 movers were firefighters or even training to be one. They said they were professional movers but I think they need more training! Very disappointed and deciding what further actions I am going to take. Perhaps now the owner will contact me.

Very efficient. Listened to my concerns. It was raining and they protected the furniture and boxes from getting wet. They laid down floor covering to protect the floors. Arrived when they said they would. Very pleased.

I’ve moved 3 times in the past 8 years. Lance, sales manager, is excellent at estimating and taking care of special requests including moving a large antique chandelier. The move teams are pleasant and efficient. They are a great example of a high performance team. Thank you. Trudy.

I do not have any suggestions at this time for improvement. The move team seemed very experienced in the ‘art’ of moving. That made things go very smoothly. Despite the rain and nasty weather we had on moving day, I cannot say enough great things about the service we received from Move Star.

We were extremely satisfied with MoveStar. We had a big move with storage for a month and they were very professional, punctual, very friendly and very careful with all the furniture and packing and worked very fast..they charge by the hour and we ended up spending. Little less than estimated.

The gentlemen that helped us move recently were absolutely the best! They worked extremely hard and it was so hot - they never complained.- hard workers - great attitudes... the right amount of trucks and right amount of help! Couldn’t have asked for more 😊

I feel that communication on the pre-planning could possibly (maybe) be a bit clearer. I was given an estimate that was not quite the same as the delivered product; but I am very happy with the job done.
