ProCare did moss removal on our roof as well as interior and exterior windows and our skylights it was a big job and the person they sent was on time, very efficient (he did everything in a few hours) and very understanding of our needs (I have two small children, one a baby, and he was able to accommodate us by doing the louder tasks first before their naptime so they weren't disturbed at all! From the person who scheduled our job (she was upfront about pricing and responded very quickly to my questions), all the way to completion of the job, we loved this companies professionalism and kindness and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The scheduler has grest communication skills. .Crew is always prompt, friendly and professiinal. They do a thorough job and always clean up afterwards.

We've used ProCare a number of times for window and gutter cleaning, and pressure washing. (I usually clear our gutters each fall, but have ProCare come out every couple years to do a complete cleaning because there are high gutters and areas that I can't safely reach.) They are always polite and very thorough with their work. They take extra care while moving around the house with their ladders and clean up as they go. They have also been very accommodating of special requests, going the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the service. We've always been happy with the end result!
