Perhaps send more than one person when the job is laborious and complicated. For example, we have storm windows that are heavy and require a lot of care for the person doing the cleaning. I don't ever want to see someone get hurt by cleaning a window and I cringe when a worker is on a ladder without someone below holding it or spotting him/her.
Shorter window for arrival
Second time I used your service. First time no incident. Yesterday the guy generally did ok, but shortly after he left I noticed he missed a key window - the window right over kitchen sink. With Window closed, it wasn't obvious because the screen obscured the dirt. But with the window open , it was obvious he had not removed the screen and not cleaned the window. It was very dirty and one of the most conspicuous windows in the house - a tough one to miss really. But no big deal I thought - a mistake can happen. I emailed office about noon, and said if he's still in neighborhood maybe he could stop back, or if not, just give me a credit on the bill (I didn't ask for an amount) and I'd clean that one window myself. I got a prompt response that you'd make it right - and the guy would be back that afternoon, or possible the next day. No one came that afternoon, so I assumed then someone would come the next morning. By 11a no one has come or called or emailed, so I asked and they said he'd be there between 11a and 2p. Ok, but it's like waiting for the cable guy. I don't want to be here all day. At 1:30p I get emailed that the guy is running a little late, but it won't be much after 2p. At 2:30p, I am called and told its going to be more like 4:30p. At that point, I just said Forget it - I'll do it myself. Which I should have done from the beginning. My issue is not that a window was missed - it was that you kept me waiting around the house for a day and a half basically. When I got the bill, you deducted a whole $10.

When the job is completed, the staff should do a final walk through review of work with the customer. In my case, the team left w/o my knowledge. Fortunately they did a good job.

Nobody showed up at the house within the large three hour window that was requested by the company. Not even a phone call. Wasted three hours of my time during the middle of a beautiful Saturday.

I'm happy with the service we received so I don't have any changes I would like to see.
I suggest the guy does a final walk through from inside the house to make sure the windows have not streaks or smudges after the outside is completed. There was a window that I found had a number of noticeable streaks on it.
I have no recommendations, at this time, that ProCare coud do to improve their service.

Not much to say, here, we've been very happy with the work you've done! Only thing I can think of - there was one bid (for pressure washing) that seemed too high, so we just rented the pressure washer and did it ourselves.
