Pro Care has always been GREAT! My neighbors always compliment the work that you all have done cleaning my roof, gutters, driveway, patio, and sidewalk. They often ask for your companies name and contact information. I am always proud of the way my home looks after your twice a year cleaning visits! Thank you once again for your hard work and dedication! It is greatly appreciated.

My roof doesn't get that dirty so once they have cleaned it a few times it would be nice for them to adjust the price to how much time they are actually spending- cleaning it.

The phone answering service is a bit awkward. Why not just use voice mail?

It would be nice to get email notices that an annual service eds tois coming up. I fail to book early in enough. ( my fault). But a lot of my service companies have reminders sent.
