I have known Andy Pack for a great many years, used his services in a number of capacities. and found him to be efficient, unusually honest in favor of the customer, extremely pleasant, and to charge less than others I have used who charge more than ProCare and did less satisfactory work. As Mr. Pack has gained more experience, hired and trained other workers, and purchased more advanced equipment, his services only gotten better.

Procare does great work for a reasonable price. They have cleaned our roof, gutters, windows, deck, driveway... and do a thorough job every time!

Efficient and courteous services

Getting my gutters cleaned was on my To Do list. When Andy sent an email letting me know the ProCare team would be in the area, I remembered I'd been meaning to set up an appointment. I was wait listed and ProCare came within 48hours. (I was thinking it would be weeks) The gutters are now clean and clear and I appreciate Cole offering to move the heavy bags of debris to a yard waste bin. Thanks, Cole! It's been a pleasure working with the ProCare team. Thank you.

Wonderful, reliable group of people whom I have now known for years. They always do a great job and really care about my home. In the past they have pointed out to me things on the roof or gutter that I was not able to see, even when it was something that needed to be referred to a different professional. The prices are reasonable, not the least expensive but very fair, and given the professionalism and quality it's well worth it.

They did not give me the run around about being busy when we wanted the roof and gutter cleaned prior to Thanksgiving. The work was performed when they said it would be performed, the work was excellent and price competitive.
