I got an estimate for $213.53. I knew it would end up higher because of moss treatment etc, but I never got a receipt or acknowledgement of any kind. I had a coupon from Angie's list that should have given me 5% off- I have no evidence that was honored. Now I get my credit card bill and see you charged me $402.05 without a single word of explanation.
Have all the tool they need for the job so don't need to comeback

Had a couple hiccups in cost estimating - seemed to mix me up with others
