Careful with furnishings

One crew was not sure where residence was located. Did not follow first crew (truck) and got lost for 20 minutes and they were on clock. Make sure crews are definite on directions.

I had a bad experience with the movers that were assigned to me last Wed. They were very slow and looked at one another while one person was shrink-wrapping each piece of furniture. I moved with you a few months ago and I had the same amount of furniture and we completed the move in two and half hours versus five. Please improve on this and get back to me. thanks

They were very fast, but very cautious. They took the time to make sure our floors and stairs were protected during each trip from the POD.

Give those guys a raise! They worked nonstop without taking a break, but did not tire out or forget to take care of our things.

Absolutely would not recommend AB Moving and will never utilize your services again. I will be sending an email and making a phone call in addition to this review. I recently moved on Dec. 28th 2015 and after inspecting several of the things you moved I found my refrigerator door has been severely dented, a lamp neck has been broken, one of my sofa cushions has been damaged badly and the doorway which the sofa was clearly forced through has been damaged. I do expect AB Moving to compensate for all these damaged and I absolutely would NOT recommend your services to any one. I am extremely dissatisfied.

The moving crew took extra care to wrap all furniture and mirrors to ensure safe passage. They also wrapped our stair rails and our front door, laid down padding for the dolleys and made sure our new home didn't get damaged.
