Increase staff in customer service so that if there is a problem, they have the staff to address your concern quickly. It took 8 calls and having to get very frustrated and forceful to finally speak with someone in customer service and not been sent to voicemail...even when I stated "I do not want to be sent to voicemail again!"

A little more wrap could be used especially on the top of washer and dryers where there are knobs. My push start button on my dryer was broken off.

The movers on this move were not nearly as good as the first time. Some things got lost and they seemed to take some short cuts and then continually asked to be paid in cash instead of credit, which is what I was told NOT to do when I requested the move, initially.

The moving crew that moved us was VERY slow. My husband helped out just as much if not even more than the movers and we were charged way too much!
