Using the entire 2 hour minimum

a personal item went missing and I called the mover and 2 different people in the office and asked for a call back and not one person has bothered to call me back!!
I felt like they purposely stretched out the end of the move to make it 45 minutes over the 2 hour minimum so they could charge an extra hour instead of the 30 minutes.
No suggestions

Not have a mandatory 2 hour minimum for very small jobs.
The only thing I might say was the truck drove pretty slowly on the highway. I don't know that they went over 60 but we had plenty of time so it wasn't an issue and I'm kind of glad they were so careful with my stuff.

The master bedroom bed they reconnected was not connected well and one corner has pulled loose. We are seniors and cannot reconnect it, removing the mattress and box springs and then figuring out how to reconnect. AB Movers should come back and reconnect for us as it was their inability to secure the bedframe which they took apart.
I had requested wardrobe boxes for my clothes... But that didn't make the movers' notes. They improvised a wire clothesline inside the van to accommodate my hanged clothes. I was very happy. I recommend being more upfront about adding tips to the credit card transaction. I had already paid, and expected the 'tip' option to pop up, but the movers then told me they would have had to add it before swiping. I managed to scramble some cash, but I wish I could have known about adding it beforehand, because I would have given them a little more. Overall, experience was great. Best move I've ever had.
I found no issues. The quote form could have been a bit more clear.
You guys seem to have mastered the moving industry; from your technologies to hiring great staff...there is nothing I can recommend at this time.
