Service is awful.Theiron workers waste time rather than work and accumulate time and then trick you to pay for time not yet worked.

They were on time, gently wrapped each peice of furniture, lamps, glass, eat. Then delivered and careful yet quickly unloaded our stuff. Very pleasant staff! Wonderful experience for a move!

I had special items that were not covered on you inventory. I included them in the free form text box. I discussed them with the person who called. Therefore, I assumed they were part of the quote. However, they were not on the work order your crew had. So, I wound up having to negotiate to remove some things, so they would take the special items that wouldn't fit in my vehicle. I was not amused.

Firstly, your staff were not the annoying, overly aggressive, "used car salesman tactic" of getting a customer to commit. I was just on the phone with another moving company before you and they were really slick and smooth talkers with tacky lines like "I can certainly help you" that EVERBODY says each time they answer a call. Your staff was not like that at all so it was refreshing. The arrival time and communication was EXCELLENT and felt very reassuring. The two guys that did the move were not only efficient, but very respectful with my items.

This was my first move so I really cant thing of anything at the moment. Otherwise, I would not change a single thing.
