I had been working with Kyle at the office and he referred me to Kristie who never returned my calls. When I left word about breakage, never responded. I did not get rude or raise my voice, but he stopped answering when I called and I was ignored. To improve service would not take much. Expressing some type of concern would be nice and connecting me with someone to assist would have been a good first step.
I honestly can not think of anything at this time. I have never had a negative experience working with AB!

Teach the crews to communicate better and to remain consistent on what they are willing to move.
The guys who came in were not truthful. They tore open 2 to 3 boxes and the way I found that out was that they kept their knife into one of the boxes and packed it back and I have taken photographs of the same.

Have them pay attention to boxes labeled 'Fragile', I was lucky the contents were in good shape after some were stacked at the bottom of 3-4 deep. Likely due to the care they took in loading and unloading, but it would be worth it to not be scared when your fragile items are in a box that collapses under weight of other boxes
Improve on the team communications, so all movers are on the same page, all the time. My team, stopped many times to discuss the next steps and that could be large in part as the normal mover was sick and the back-up while sharp was given directions often.

Workers were not fast workers
Pricing can always be improved but all in all no complaints..
The arrival time was set for 10:00 a.m. and the movers called at 7:00 saying they could arrive at any time. An earlier time worked for us but it might make a difference for someone else.
Change nothing . They did what they were supposed to do.
