The efficiency of how they handle the move

Friendly crew and did a great job of protecting everything to ensure no damage

I have moved many times over the past 20 years and this was, by far the best moving company I have ever used. AB Moving did not employ what I have found to be an almost a universal ploy used by most moving companies of giving you a low ball quote on the phone weeks before the move, then showing up on the day of the move with an addition one or two men on the crew and an explanation that they looked at the job again and realized their original quote was too low because the job needed more men and now they have to increase the rate-- Further the crew was professional in appearance, in other words they didn't look like they just came off a pirate ship like the employees of many moving companies and the movers were very careful with the items moved. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company to anyone looking for a moving company

The movers were very fast, efficient and friendly. I was very impressed with how organized they were. I never felt like they wasted a second. I was also very happy with how transparent the pricing was. I knew what I would be paying without any surprises or "extra fees" tacked on. I'll be using you all again!

To slow. Very unorganized. Damaged some of our furniture. No game plan down. Inexperienced help. Listened to rap music while unloading. It how foul language. It was a total nightmare

I like how nice they are and are very careful with walls and my belongings

The contractors were nice and courteous. They understood all the different instructions we had such as seran wrapping, placement of furniture in the storage unit and what not. We ended needing them the next morning and the crew was able to work it out without me contacting the AB Moving.
