While the team was pretty careful, they were not very efficient. We moved a short distance and as a result moved many items ourselves. What we needed was an efficient team to focus on the boxes ready to go, and the furniture ready to go. If I'd known the wrapping and disassembly would take so long, I would have prepared better or moved even more items myself. I think I should have had about a five to six hour job, but it took over seven hours

Moving quicker. I was appalled and how long it took 3 guys to move the little stuff we had. When I called the company to discuss my dissatisfaction, I was told I would get a call back to discuss and never received a call back. I would not recommend AB moving and do not plan to use them again in the future.

Be on time. Improve teamwork within the actual movers.
Getting the moving quote was not pleasant. I did not like having one person contact. Every time I contacted the office I spoke with a different person and was not able to confirm information without having to start over again.
