My moving team was hands down amazing. The guys were professional, careful and hardworking. I had oversized and extremely heavy furniture and the guys protected and transported all of my belongings without damage. A+ movers and company!

I recommend that when customers call in for a quote and estimated timeframes, AB should be take into consideration all of the preparation that the moving team has to do. Ex: wrapping of furniture and additional preventive damage measures. I was quoted 3 hr time frame however my move totaled 7 hrs. Providing customer with more details as to what the movers will do will better set the expectation for the move. Other than this I would definitely recommend and utilize this company.

AB was able to scedule last minute. The movers worked very hard and offered to help any way they could. Great service

I was just talking to a gentleman name Kenny. He was rude and continually talking over me as though whatever I said or thought did not matter. I do intend to file a BBC just for the way thus matter was handled. By Crystal and this person Kenny. I am sure you feel well she paid and the move is over but the rudeness and callous way I was treated and talked to will not easily be forgotten. This type if attitude should never be displayed to anyone regardless of the discussion. Thank you.

I was charged extra ($5 per box to rent for the move) for the hanging clothing boxes (3 boxes) for $15. The movers mentioned these were their own and not part of the regular moving materials; thus I had to pay them privately. It was my understanding *all* materials are covered in the hourly rate; thus this surprised me. I am suspicious if this is something the company approves of as normal protocol. In the end, I was happy with the move though I just saw this as a strange addition.

They showed up with instructions to move a 2 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom apartment. They took WAY too long. They didn't bring a big enough truck. They were VERY slow. They broke my coffee table. And they took TOO long.

They are dependable and show up when the day they are supposed to. They also bring a large enough truck to load all my stuff in.

They took their time moving my stuff. I had three guys, but it felt like 2. When I was wondering where one of the guys was I went outside and he was leaning against the front seat on his cell phone and who knows what else. I tried to get them to move faster. Also, when bringing in some of my furniture they did not understand where I was trying to tell them to put it. This became very frustrating for me. My apartments were only 2 miles from each other and this move took 3 hours with 3 guys. I find this unacceptable, especially when I have used them before and my apartments were 30 minutes from each other and they completed it in 2 hours. My move just took longer than expected and I did not appreciate how slow they moved. I would NOT recommend them to anyone, which is sad because I have before. One of my close friends just used them before I did and she had an okay experience. I am not okay with mine and will not be telling anyone else to use this company from here on out. Thanks!

My movers arrived at 340. My move was scheduled with a 12-2 start time. The 3 movers were so slow. No on even apologized despite the fact I voiced my concerns.

They took great care of my furniture! Many items that are family heirlooms and all handled with tax and arrived safely. The 3 men were on time, friendly and wonderful.

Be on time and be more careful with our stuff. A month ago our AB movers took great care with our stuff. On 9/25 they did not and they were late which messed up our family schedule significantly.
