First of all I used you guys a couple years ago and was really disappointed. My wife and I moved from Corinth to McKinney. The guys did fine loading everything up, but when it came time to leave they were sitting around out front talking. I figured they were just taking a break. We left thinking we did not need to baby sit them. I was wrong. It took them 2 hours to get to the new house. I called the office looking for them and was told they probably went to lunch. They did start unloading right away. At the end of the move the movers went into my step sons room to put the bunk bed together. Instead of having 3 guys start on it earlier while the other three did something else, they all just say up there. When it came time to pay I was charged for the time of all their breaks including the 2 hours to get to McKinney from Corinth during a low traffic time. If I would have known that this was going to be the case then I would have went my last moving company. Needles to say I did not use you guys on this move I made 1 month ago. I tell everybody I know my experience.
If they damage property they shouldn't just keep it to themselves. I am sure they know what they did but just didn't want to get into trouble. Now I am not sure how to go about getting it fixed.

My move had a stop and the team moving my pieces was not made aware that there was a stop. They didn't mind, but it caused them to have to do double the driving which was unfortunate.
Would have preferred s paper receipt for the cash payment to verify. Never did receive email receipt
