We have used AB twice now this year. (Some unforseen events arose and forced us to move again.) Our first crew was very professional, very quick and very nice. Had a great experience! Our second crew was still very good. However one of the gentlemen I noticed was on his phone pretty often. Normally I wouldn't care. But when I'm paying you $95 an hour I expect your best. I would still very much recommend AB movers to anyone I know.

The movers were understanding of the situation your team put me in. I sent over a list of things I needed moved. This is the 3rd time I've used your company and I received the smallest truck (16ft). I was told by your employees this is the normal sized truck they send for 2 men crews but I have always received a larger truck (24ft). Jose the mover even said you should have sent a bigger truck when looking at the inventory! Now I am left with boxes and unmoved personal belongings because of your mistake. Not charging a trip fee would in no way reimbursed the overage of time I would have paid if they returned to pick up my other belongings. I will never use this company again.

The guys were Professional and QUICK!!!!

I had items stolen during my move I ended the move because i notice items were missing. I had to pay someone else to move the remaining of my items. I am very dissatisfied. I
