They confirmed by phone and email. The guys were very fast and efficient. I was not quite ready and things were a wreck, but they were still very nice and I felt no judgement! :)

They were very careful lowering my stuff down three flights of stairs (no elevator). They willingly picked up some things at my storage unit too -- and then took some things back to it. Really nice guys and very hard-working.

Patrick was excellent at his job. He made things right when things started to look bleak.

Patrick and his crew (Stephen and Terrence) did a great job. They couldn't fit everything onto the one truck. Patrick suggested we get another 17' truck. We got a 20' truck. The next day a different crew came to load the rest of our things. It was a pretty sloppy job and they couldn't fit everything onto the second truck. This crew told us we needed a third truck! We were shocked. I took a picture of the mess on the truck and sent it to Patrick. He arranged for his two-man crew to come the third day to see if they could make things work. Well, they took out alot of things and rearranged things and had room to spare!! Needless to say, we were so very thankful to Patrick. He listened to our problem and took action right away. We were late with returning trucks because of the 'mess up' on the second day. That was an added cost we had not planned on. Very disappointed about that. But, we were so impressed with the professional way Patrick explained everything that would take place that first day he was at our home. Sincerely, Cynthia Hackler Plano, Tx

Ability to schedule last minute moves for my clients and moving things to estate sales. Along with the reasonable cost.

I have had several crews that I've been very pleased with, however the crew yesterday worked very slowly compared to the way I work and the other crews I've had with AB Moving.

Reasonable Rates Courtesy Schedule (on time) Very good communication Takes good care of your stuff (wrapping as necessary) Kindness, respectful. Fast Workers (all time spent used on your moving no playing around. When jobs finish: I love the HAND SHAKE. (smile)

I do not agree with a $10 "convenience fee" to pay with a credit card. That's excessive and the reason I would not recommend AB Moving. Otherwise, everything was fine.
