Not much. Maybe a little better communication in the front office. Maybe it's just extremely good customer service

Finish the job as strong as it was started.
The last two times I moved, the movers arrived outside of my arrival window. The first time was by over 1.5 hours. This time, it was approx. 45 mins late. My most recent crew was the least professional, and makes me question if I will use AB again. Payment took upwards of 30 minutes. The first thing the crew lead said to me was, "we won't finish in 2 hours, this is a long walk." Multiple times I caught them chatting/standing by the elevator. Had we gone over 2.5 hours, I would have formally complained, but I helped remove blankets and shrink wrap to cut time. So I would recommend, with reservations, as not every crew is created equal.

Make sure they ask what pieces are of great value before you move them.
Nothing... you are outstanding at all that you do!
Put signage on their trucks and give their men shirts that have company name and logo on them. Everybody should be using AB Moving! I know I will always call them first from now on.
Provide more realistic appointment windows. Mine was 7am to 9am. Which, I would think, means I am first on the schedule. My movers showed up at 9:30. Now, they did call, so showing up late isn't what bothered me. And I confirmed with them that there wasn't another move before mine. So, why have the customer up and ready at 7am when realistically, the movers are not going to show up until 9:00+?
Nothing that I can think of.
Combine trip charge with driving time. I didn't like paying $180 in drive time $75 trip + 1 hour drive at $105. Work the numbers differently so that I as a consumer don't feel uggg about it.
