Recommended the wrong size truck for my move. Couldn't get even close to my things on the truck. Offered zero solutions to help and provided some of the WORST customer services I've experienced. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Movers semed to be an inconvenience to move our boxed items or other things, other than the furniture. They did not pack the truck well, therefore left a lot of things for us to move later.

Not charge the $45 fee every time when you are using them as we did several times in a few week time frame for our flooded floors

Packers could label boxes better. When packing kitchen, tell owners what box has glasses, plates, silverware, or pots....etc. Label boxes like "Kitchen - glasses", etc.

This is my third time using you all and the first two times were very positive experiences. Y’all are quick, efficient and very friendly. The process of requesting movers is also very easy. This third time, a pair of very expensive shoes went missing (that I saw that morning), and when I called management to report the problem - all that was said was, “I know the mover pretty well and I believe him.” What is even more strange is that from the box that the shoes came in, the bags that store the shoes went missing as well. These bags are for protective purposes when traveling. I never took out the bags from the box. I hired three guys and these things happen so I know it’s my fault for leaving the shoes out in the open when I should have stored them away. It is just very disappointing. Needless to say, I will not be using your services anymore.

No. We have used the company three times but this most recent time confirmed that we will never use the company again. One of the members of the trick was very inexperienced and the main driver appeared to be taking his time. I'm the past the boxes were all loaded much more efficiently and I ended up having to move myself for almost two more days with the same amount of things to move as our previous move. It was not worth the money it cost me considering how much more I had to move myself.

As we are unwrapping our furniture and items, we are coming across chips in the furniture. We have multiple frames that we have found broken as well.

The driver was very nice and helpful when he came around the other two men that were with him which the other two were the actual movers were very slow. It took them 4 hours to move a table, bed, tv stand and dresser. Literally this is all we had them move yet took them 4 hours to move a 600 sq foot apartment.
