I don't see any need for improvement right now. The guys and your company were awesome. Maybe include a service to dispose of any items during a move for an extra charge. This would save me a trip and or another call to another company. Thank you!

The two movers sent to help me pack my POD were not experienced packing a moving and storage container like this, and my property paid the price. Every time I expressed concern, especially towards the end, one of them told me over and over, "I have seven years experience at this." The POD arrived in New York and the movers I hired to unpack the container were HORRIFIED at the way they had packed the front of the container. Half of our furniture arrived damaged. They stuffed a very heavy box on top of a light box marked fragile (full of framed art and VERY old family photos) and the box arrived crushed. Basic precautions, like tossing skateboards loose into the top of the container were ignored--one of the skateboards fell out when the container was opened and it was just lucky it didn't hit anyone. I used AB Moving twice before to move within the city, and I think they are fine at that, but I'll never refer them for packing a container and I'll NEVER suggest the two men who I paid to pack my POD.

I currently have a damage claim in progress from the AB Movers who recently move our industrial refrigerator, freezer, & product. They damaged a wheel on the refrigerator & didn’t take responsibility but kept trying to explain how it wasn’t their fault. One of the movers were visibly angry at me for selecting that there were damages in the paperwork. He tried to justify how he had “fixed it” (he rigged it and damaged another wheel to give the allusion that it was now level. I need to check back in on the claim because the refrigerator wheels need to be replaced. They’re not stable and the screw & wheels are bent. The main gentleman doing all the directing and “fixing” and arguing with me (not Hector but the other gentleman) began acting very ghetto once he was questioned about the damages. Hector remained friendly & followed the other guy’s direction well. Hector also stayed out of th arguing and kind of stayed back at a distance (because I think he knew that the guy was in the wrong). Because of this experience, I doubt I will ever use AB Moving again. A lot will depend on how the company handles our damage claim. Thanks, Kelly

When explaining the estimate to me I wasn’t told that it was a minimum of 2 hours. It literally took the men 20 min for them to move my things in and I thought I was just going to pay for the hour and the trip fee. No until he pulled out my bill I was told about the minimum 2 hours. I payed 200 plus for only 20 min of moving! It needs to be explained CLEARLY from the person who gives the estimate to the people who come to help you move before they do any work.
