Better communication between headquarters and crews they sub contract that’s where all the problems stemmed from made the wholw job take hours longer
Try not to put boxes upside down in the new place.
Movers were very rough in moving things. Also noticed some damage to couple bags.
Not lose my hardware for my Dining Room Table,(nuts and bolts) but nothing is perfect in this world!

Alex and his crew were horrible, slow, and complained a lot about moving the furniture. He did not want to move the bigger pieces of furniture. This crew inexperienced and slow, they took breaks sitting down inside the truck several times they would often argue with each other. The helper was more experienced than Alex and the second helper did not know anything at all. Their stacking technique was horrible they complained about unwrapping the furniture so we told them to leave it as it was. At the end we just wanted them to leave. In the beginning we asked for a crew that moved us the first time using AB Moving. Customer service promised to have those movers move our furniture, they then changed the moving crew, that's how we got Alex's crew. From the customer service rep that promised Alonso's crew to move us to the actual mover that showed up the process was totally deceiving. The move should of taken the max 5 hrs more than half of the furniture was still wrapped from the last move. They were carelessly handling the furniture and had to constantly tell them to wrap and protect it. They also left a pile of trash in our home and said the company had no dumpsters to deposit the trash. For all these reasons we did not tip the crew, after they left we had to clean up and assemble the furniture they did not want to help assemble. A company's employees is a reflection of the company itself, we will never use AB Moving again.
My move was flawless!
They started the clock at 3:21 and hadn't moved one item. The young man showed me the clock while the others were downstairs. Then he went down stairs and it took them about 15 minutes to even come upstairs in my apartment to start moving. Also, at the end they forgot the washer and dryer so we had to get out of our vehicles and go back into the apartment for them to put them on the truck. That took extra time. They wasted necessary time and should have done the move within 2 hours. Especially since it was 3 of them rather than 2, which is what I ordered.

The movers seemed a little tired and slow
I left jewelry unfortunately in my night stand drawers. A necklace, earrings and a bracelet..which thankfully were all fake and the movers stole it.
I have used AB for a number of moves but, this last move was a horrible experience......my move was 2 days and cost me almost $800! The 2 days was not your guys fault but I paid for 2.5 of them to sit, when they could have left and returned the next day like they did, eventually do. However, when I did finally get everything in, the young man who was setting up my furniture failed to secure my beds and dressers properly. If not for having to move my bed for the AT&T service technician (almost an hour after the guys left)and sitting on the bed and hearing a creaking sound, I wouldn't have known the slats hadn't been secured. This would've subsequently caused the slats to collapse and break. Next, my son's bed was not completed properly because it was in place but the screws weren't engaged causing the frame to detach from the headboard.......All in all, the guys were very nice but I was not as pleased with their work......
Had a bad experience and customer service offered me a discount on ordering another $200+ dollar minimum packing crew when the first crew did not deliver as promised. Dissapointed.
