The movers took too long and cost too much to move my items from my old apartment to my new apartment in the same complex. I will not be using your company for future moves.
Change format you use to send estimates and receipts on computer. Should be easy for customer.....nothing to open.
The move took entirely too long. We only moved .6 miles away and did all the small stuff and boxes ourselves, not to mention that we left the dining room, one sofa and some other furniture behind. The movers scraped up the walls in our old house (had to hire a painter to fix the scuff marks), they broke the handle on our refrigerator (cost $98.00 to replace even though they credited us an hour, they took over an hour trying to fix it), they took 12 hours to move a 2100 square foot house .6 miles which resulted in $1100 in moving fees. I will NEVER use or recommend you again! I will find someone else to use if I ever have to move again and if I have to refer someone, I will refer to anyone else but AB Moving.
Guys left black smudges a little bit of chipping the wooden frame on my white front door. They could have been more careful pushing the couches through and definitely wipe off the dirt they put there.

Movers were extremely slow! They had no sense of urgency, as if they were told to ride the clock longer. The moving truck broke down and I wasted 2 hours of my own time, waiting on them. I lost money and time because, if this move!
The agent is responsible. But the moving team was just so so. 1. Worked very slowly, felt like wasting time 2. No assembling work 3. Furniture not wrapped well. We have moved several times with other moving companies all over the country. The service of this team was the worst. The review for AB moving is very good. But Very disappointed in the real work.

They had wrong phone number so I just waited until they came. I called them and even updated my number but still they had wrong my number.

Crew was 20 minutes late to my 2nd location (which was literally 1 mile away). Coffee table glass was broken. I emailed and left voicemail for Mike Lamb, who was my scheduler, and he never replied to me.
