The two movers that we had to move us were courteous and polite but were slow moving our belongings. There were times they seemed to intentional take their tine to make the move longer. The movers we had the first time were professional and also courteous, polite, but fast which was what was impressive and wanted to use you all again but this experience was not up to the standard set the first time.

This was my first time using movers. My boyfriend did not want to use them at all. I went ahead and decided to use your company because i saw all the great reviews on Facebook. I wanted all of our heavier items moved. Three gentlemen showed up and started out at a good pace. They were shrink wrapping everything and it looked like i would be able to complete the move of the larger items within two hours because they had even commented that i didn’t have much to move. Thirty minutes later, they were still wrapping a plethora of shrink wrap on everything. Not much had been moved to the truck... at the hour mark they seemed to be moving more items. They asked me if i wanted smaller boxes moved too, and originally because they made it seem like it was going to be fast and in and out, i said yes. They were going SO SLOW. I get i was paying by the hour, but it felt like they were milking the clock. When putting on the hundredth layer of shrink wrap on our L-Shaped Office Desk, a mover told me he thought he had wrapped it too tight and it broke. I told him i hoped not, but wouldn’t know until we put it back together. I didn’t have them take smaller boxes. I simply filled my car and then off we went to the new apartment. The main guy asked for my iPhone charging cord for the drive over, which i let him borrow. They got there pretty quickly and began to inbox. It didn’t take them too long to unload. Especially because i was cutting off the shrink wrap while they brought more things in. They dropped an end table that my mom had given me that was real wood and had carved detail. The corner was completely busted and the staple/metal was poking through. They also scuffed the side. I was pretty frustrated because it took three hours to move and that my table was severely damaged. The main gentleman paid me cash for my table. I’ve been working non-stop since the move as well as my boyfriend. I was so frustrated about my table that I didn’t look too hard at the other things. Yesterday was the first time we really got to unpack more items. The entertainment center has several scuffs and broken pieces. An L-Bracket was placed in a drawer that had apparently broken off when moved. There are dents and broken wires on the receiver. There are also chunks of new wood missing. That was my boyfriend’s, and he is beyond angry at me for making the decision to use your company and the movers. Definitely not worth the $315+ we paid as we are going to have to buy a new entertainment center now on top of that.

I can't think of anything you could improve on. You have moved my daughter twice and a friend of mine once and both highly recommended your company. If I have to move again, I will definitely be contacting you.

Did not unwrap items after they were moved. Left mud on my clean carpet.

The movers showed up and looked very unprofessional. They were in a pickup truck with a trailer with no signage. They were also not in uniform. We were moving within the same apartment complex and only had our large items (Couch, love seat, chair, kitchen table, washer/dryer and bedroom furniture). The move could have easily been completed in 2 hours and it took nearly three. They were slow, kept taking breaks and one guy was new who barely knew how to do anything. Chose AB because they came down in price to be under what I was quoted by another company I had used before. Definitely would go back to the other company.

I’ve used you before in the past, as have a lot of people I know. It took 3 men 6 hours to move 2 bedrooms of funiture, a ping pong table and a few misc. items. I was shocked at the amount of time it took to move such a small amount of stuff. Last time I used you it took twice as long, but that was moving 4000 sf of furniture from 2 locations to a single location an hour away.
