I don't appreciate getting charged for a whole hour's worth of pay if the movers go over five minutes after the hour. That seems a bit too high of a price to pay for an additional 5 minutes. This needs to change or either the movers or customer service representatives need to give advance notice to their customers of this fee before they start moving.

I felt that my movers were very unprofessional and not properly trained on the correct way to move furniture. There was a lot of laughing and playing going on instead of properly allocating their time and focus. They unapologetically broke a piece of my furniture and this company has no urgency abt repairing/replacing my furniture. I reached out to them over a week ago abt my claim and have not gotten back a response.

I've used AB moving for the past 4-5 moves and always had a great experience. A year ago when we moved into the apartment we just left, a three man crew unloaded a storage unit, unloaded furturnitue and some other stored belongings then moved it all up three flights of stairs. And did it in just about three hours. The guys who came recently were great, personable and very careful with our belongings. But it took 3+ hours to move down and to a house where only a mattress was put up stairs and the rest was put into two front rooms. I don't think they were the problem, I assume they are paid hourly and not per move. But what I expected to be at most a 2-1/2 hour move costing a little over $300, ended up being almost $500. Again, guys were great, I just won't use y'all again. Thank you.

The first two times you moved me was great and very fast.this time the movers were too busy taking breaks and texting on their phones. It took over 5 hours when before it took less than 2, we had less stuff this move than we did the previous two. They kept disappearing and when I would find them they would be sitting on the back of the truck texting.

We were repeat customers. We used this mover in our last move and recommended them to our son who used them as well. Our last move was from a four bedroom two story house into a ranch home both in McKinney TX. That move took around 4 hours with the same furniture we have now. We have now moved from McKinney to Celina TX which is a 30 minute drive. The team that moved us this time did show up on time at 9:00 am. They were VERY slow moving. This move took 10 hours for no reason. It was the same furniture from our last move and we moved to another one story home. It was obvious this was a pay by the hour move. Our neighbor also commented the movers were taking their time. This move went on until almost 7 pm. The cost ended up being twice what we thought it would be. It does not make sense it would take three men 10 hours to move a minimal amount of furniture. For some reason not all of our belongings fit into the truck.. These same belongings fit in the truck for our previous move. We now have to rent a uhaul to move the items that did not fit on the truck. A uhaul was cheaper than another trip charge and additional time. This experience makes us feel that a different mover will be needed for furniture moves.

Multiple items were broken or damaged , not all items were moved as requested and I had to finish moving them myself , movers complained and had a bad attitude and to top it off the asked my 65 year old husband to help carry on a mattress and box springs which he did. The whole experience was unacceptable .

Last year I used AB Moving and I was provided with excellent service. The movers were fast and they handled my things with care. I decided to use AB Moving this year because of my experience with them last year! Unfortunately I received HORRIBLE services this time. The movers were very slow as if they were "milking" the clock. I kept telling them that they didn't need to take the furniture apart piece by piece! Even the delivery companies that delivered the furniture didn't do that. They broke my new washer door which I will have to replace. Then they shattered the glass on my stove which I have to replace! Then I went to do laundry only to find out that they did not connect the dryer properly and broke the dryer vent! Really AB Moving? I will never use your services AGAIN! I wanted your movers out of my home so bad! I wanted to tell them to just stop and get out. I hate I chose your company because not only did they still charge me $575 dollars I also have added expenses because of your movers. Never again!!! Then when I mentioned contacting a manager they stated that the management would only pay me 60 cents per pound. I'm so done with this company! I can assure you that will be writing a review! It took them 2 hours to wrap 2 rooms and over 5 hours for my move. They didn't move everything because I told them they took too long. I had to rent a u-haul and finish the job myself. I will tell everyone i know not to use your company.
