Apon paying for part of the move at a set price I was charged 200% more after explaining I had an apartment finder associate paying for the other costs I was still insisted to pay now I'm having to get that money back 2 days later through the mail after it was realized by the office that I paid to much. To much of a process And drivers should be more educated on what the bill really should be.
Moving crew had no urgency and had No power tool to assemble or disassemble furniture and had difficulty moving from apartments to moving truck also our move shouldn't have taken 5 hours

1/2 of what we requested was never done. The movers couldn't help on items we requested causing us to have to have a second company come out. Items they took apart where never put back together. I was never informed they couldn't remove items like White Board off the walls.

It took them over 4 hrs to move my 1 bedroom apt within the same complex. However, the lead man; Jose was very very good & very very helpful. I just feel as if his helpers were moving very slow.
Horrible experience . The movers took 6 hrs to move a 2 bed apartment ! They talked on their phone often , would disappear to their truck often and very rarely would 3 movers be working. One was folding up blankets during the moving hours. They would work only if they saw us overseeing their work. I have complained too! Very dissatisfied, they took 45 mins to reach an address which was 10 mins away! They took 6 hrs to complete at 3.5 hrs job. When told that we would complain, they said they were third party and it did not matter.
I've used AB Moving previously and had no issues. The men were fast and efficient but this latest move was very unprofessional. We started the move around 8:35am usually while I'm talking to the lead the guys are starting to pack things but they sat on the truck until everything was signed and a walk through was complete. No biggie maybe that's policy. So they begin by bringing in blankets and then slowly moving boxes. I noticed that at times it seemed only one person was moving and one or two were waiting outside. I told myself I'll give them two hours to finish this I hope. I didn't start getting upset until about three hours and go outside to find one of the workers on the cellphone in the truck not doing anything. Another one of the men was in my daughters room taking 15 minutes to wrap a lamp. I told him I'll just put that in the truck. We eventually finish the house around 4 hours so it's a $85 travel fee so I ask do they just want to follow me to the new house the leader says no you go ahead we will catch up they have to move slower. Ok no biggie so I sit in the truck waiting for them pull off took about 10 minutes I guess they wanted me to bounce first. So they pull off and follow behind them. The driver goes the wrong way and then proceeds to go 45 miles per hr the whole way there. We are approximately 10 minutes from the house and they exit and park in front of a subway. So I pull beside and ask is everything ok and the driver points to subway. I say ok...eat...fine I drive to the house and unload my truck and then we wait for about 45 minutes. I hear the truck outside pulling up now. And here we go again the same slow pace as usual. I'm staring at them as they pretend the couch wouldn't fit through the door so they have to take off the henge. Why not extend more time.. one guy is staring at the dining room table until I stood up and then pretended he needed help picking it up. So we started this at 8:30am it is now around 5:30 and guess what I'm hit with a $918 bill. I say that equates to $300 a piece for all three. They deliberately procrastinated the whole day so they can all get paid. So I say you mean to tell me I paid for your lunch break as well and he says well they were only gone 15 minutes no you were 10 minutes from my house it took me 10 minutes to get home plus I unloaded my truck and had time to sit and talk to my wife about the bs movers over the phone..
They arrived at 1:02. My window was from 10 am to 1 pm. The only furniture I have is master bedroom furniture and living room furniture. I had a three man crew and they took four hours. A previous move with the same amount of furniture only took two hours. The movers constantly answered their phones and took 15 more minutes to arrive at my address than it took me. The drive should be 35 minutes Max. I ended up trying to move things myself to speed up the process.

To be honest, I cannot see anything else that you guys could do to improve. You guys are superb in what you do. You are doing a fantastic job and we truly appreciate everything you guys of done for us.

I might have looked into the insurance if I had received the information sooner than the day before the move, but it turned out I didn't need it anyhow.
Apparently I was the only move the crew had for the entire day, so the leader of the crew complained about how they weren't making enough money to justify my move and they prefer doing larger moves not smaller, easier ones like I scheduled. They made it seem very inconvenient that I was paying $360 for them to move my apartment 12 miles. I can't control how they get paid or how many moves they have scheduled. I'll be using someone who values my business next year when I buy a house and move.
I really have no reservations about your company. Was very pleased with your services! My movers were all great guys!

We've used your service 4 times between us and our daughter in 3 years. Our fridge was damaged severely ( not even a year old) . Its taken a week for your customer care to respond. As of today we still have no resolution. So, At this time, i will NOT recommend this business any longer. Ive given your name several times for moving services. This is not how you take care of your customers.
Movers left the shrink wrap and did not clean up.
Did not notice until after unpacking everything, but I am missing an electronic. Would not recommend to anyone else because your items come up missing (stolen). Very unprofessional crew, telling me they were ready for the day to be over and complaining the whole time.
