One lazy guy on crew and main guy didn't help with the offload. Don't wrap pointless items, it just eats up time.

I do think there should be no hourly charge during their lunch hour though

Your owner was extremely rude as well as your call center and walked out on the moving job.
I have tried to tell you via phone, but cannot get anyone to call me back or I'm on hold for so long I hang up. Every piece of furniture I own is damaged in some way. The crew I asked for was not the one I got. There were 3 guys there and 2 of them actually told me they were only 16 yrs old. It was rediculous. In fact, my brother came over and moved most of my things in/out of the truck himself & was teaching them as he went. They had no idea how to maneuver corners & doors. It was awful. They started playing this Spanish rap music that made both me & my 11 yr old son uncomfortable bc it was talking about weed/sex, etc. they of course turned it off once my brother arrived. I am a real estate agent & part of a team that sells over 400 homes per year. I would never, ever recommend A&B to our clients. If you want further details give me a call @ 469-534-7709. Cassie
They were extremely slow and took a lot of time. Every thing was unpacked, disassembled, and mostly on the 1st floor so it would be easy to carry out and load. Instead the three spent a lot of time talking, wrapping additional things, and then would spend a long time figuring out how to load things in the truck. We used AB moving last year and were pleased so we chose to use them again. However the crew was definitely not interested in getting things done. In fact I watched as 1 person tied an item up while the others just watched. I also had 1 guy trying to disassemble a table even further down than what I previously did. I told him twice that it was disassembled enough to get out the door and enough to be safely transported. Took two times telling him and then had to watch him waste time trying to refugee out assembly and the tiny screws he removed.
The one factor that made this a no is that I spent several minutes telling all of the guys that I had four dining chairs shipped in from Italy valued at $3000 each and they were my main concern and needed to be treated with extra care. they told me they would save them for last to load in both truck and storage. When I opened the stroeage yesterday I saw that they had allows one leg to come unwrapped - (all other 7 legs were still wrapped) and there was extensive damage on the chair leg at the bottom. I about lost it right then and there. There is no way this negligence should have happened. With the chairs being custom made in another country the possibilities for repair that would sustain their value is nil. I could not be more disappointed and frustrated.

The three guys that moved me within my same complex Stole my bucket of change which equaled to be around about $75-$100, and I gave them a $20 tip as well.
From my previous move I had several broken items one called customer service said that they would send me a email no email was ever sent or a call placed back to me for follow up. Which is very unfortunate Because I am a repeat customer
First time that I have used them and am very pleased.
Movers showed up almost 2 hours late. While they were nice, they were very talkative and THREE men took me four hours to move from a studio (no bed or couch) to a storage unit about 5 miles away. Additionally, they upended a trunk and dresser of mine, likely breaking multiple things I had stacked inside, and bent my TV when strapping onto a dolly (it was in a box clearly labeled "TV").
Guys and company did a great job
Terrible experience. None of the movers spoke English. One of them brought their child with them to the move. They were 5 minutes over 3 hours. Somehow that translates to 1/2 an hour on the billing as I was billed for 3 1/2 hours total.
My experience was perfect so I cannot think of any improvements!
