Too expensive. One of the guys is useless. Waste a lot of time wrapping to scam for money (looks like a company culture). Came 30 minutes late. Take 30 minute longer lunch than said.

They dropped my washing machine in the driveway. They dropped my armoire on my front porch. Scratched my hardwood floors in many place in my brand new home. Put a dent and scratched the paint on my front door. I was relieved to find someone on very short notice, but wish I would have waited to find a better company. This is more than I have paid for any move and it will continue to cost me to repair all the damage they did!

The crew I had did not pay attention to any of the labels I had on written on my boxes. I had packed everything and organized it to be moved to storage or to the new home. I had FRAGILE written all over boxes that contained framed art, glassware, china and any other breakable items and the crew would place them on the BOTTOM of the dollies and stack multiple boxes on top of them. Boxes with arrows showing that the boxes were to remain upright would tipped over and not placed right side up. I also purchased heavy-duty storage bags for my mattress and boxspring for the move, and the movers lifted those items by the bag and the bags tore open. They dropped an ice chest and broke several items in the chest and I had to be the one to ask if something broke. They also didn't unload all of the items that were meant to go into storage and I had to be the one to bring them to storage after the fact. A lot of these items were too big to fit in my car, so I had to borrow a larger vehicle from a friend for that trip. I was referred to use AB Moving from a friend who has always had great success with them in Dallas, but I will never use this moving company again.

Do what was agreed, don't hold my damaged merchandise in truck as a manipulation tactic....

They dented our refrigerator, wall Sheetrock came off and didn't plastic wrap our screws to our trundle bed. So now we have to find out what type of screws it needs. The truck couldn't fit everything. We had a basketball hoop they couldn't move and we had remaining garage shelves to move along with tools and stuff.

Go old school and have someone go to the customer's home before the move to determine the number of trucks needed for the move. I opted to move all 50 boxes and clothes myself the day before the move with AB. Had I not, I there probably would have not been enough room on the trucks as both were filled to capacity.

There is no way we could have moved my entire house without me helping with my own car. Maybe lower the square footage your truck can hold so people will know in advance.

The movers tried to extend the time to increase pay. I notified customer service the day off and have not received a call back. I will not recommend these services due to my experience.
