Very edict ent and careful

Prompt, courteous, careful, seemingly well staffed with administrative staff and with movers who can work on short notice.

They worked really hard, had great attitudes and took great care of my belongings.

The men were on time, efficient, helpful. I had a great experience. I had a group of three men. Alex helped put together an antique bed that had been in my garage for 15 years. It was like a puzzle-but he did it.

Price and quality

I have already called in and complaint. The guys who have come to move did not complete the job and said they would do it next day and created a big mess. Pathetic service

Your three employees that came were excellent. Very courteous, professional and very nice. They moved everything in a timely manner and helped with some questions I had. I would give them a five star rating. The support staff was very helpful as well on scheduling and follow up.

I don't like any part. Workers were not communicative. They were absolutely slow... While I have no issue with the extra time for wrapping, I had to help unload and unwrap because your movers took a 1.3 HR lunch and took 3 hrs loading me. For a job that required only big items (items I broke down/took apart). After requesting a 1 HR lunch and upon their return, I was told it would take another 3 hrs to unload. When I was told that time would be saved if I could unwrap/unload, I did and it took one hour. Then they damaged my brand new washer and dryer. To which I was told, they'd give me an hour off of the move for compensation. I replied with - the hour for lunch? He said yes and I said that there was no way I was paying for their almost 1.5 HR lunch. They ended up taking 2 hrs off (one hour I worked and the other they ate lunch).

Because they did exactly what they offered in the most efficient way possible at the best price!

The rate was very competitive.
