Train movers to protect walls, stairs as well when moving larger furniture. They did a good job of protecting the flooring.
They need experienced movers. My dealing was horrific!
Start the process of helping with Bill transfer and insurance help much sooner. As soon as someone calls to discuss setting up for a move ask if they want that service. I didn't know about the service until much later in the process and I had already started handling those things much more in advance. I could have utilized that service if I had known about it sooner. Other than that... Keep doing what you're doing. You're great!

The crews didn't seem to know things I had requested through the office- i.e. Wardrobe boxes, moving certain furniture. Mainly the clothes boxes was a problem. I ordered there to be 4. They had none. They used boxes and stuffed the clothes in there. We found several boxes in the kitchen after they left.
Offering a flat rate service would be beneficial, I thought at times the movers were slowing down a bit to increase their total hours. but I guess just part of the game.
