Professional booking system, both with staff and paperwork.
Good communication with driver in-route.
Movers were careful with my furniture, fast, and polite. Willing to please.

There are so many signatures needed at the end of the delivery. Why not disclose during booking that these signatures will be required with some explanation...would make the final sign-off faster.

They were efficient and moved quickly when loading/unloading my belongings.

Not sure; I thought they took too long to get to my residence after leaving the first one, but I also can appreciate them taking their time so my belongings didn't get damaged.
