Alex J crew: Eddie, Eric, Ivan - We were very VERY pleased and happy with the service they provided. What I liked the most was their professionalism, excellent customer service, and care in moving our belongings to our new apartment. The apartment we moved to was on the 3rd floor, but the crew did an excellent job in bringing our things upstairs in a safe and timely manner with no complaints along the way. I really liked the teamwork between the crew members-it contributed to a safe, effective, and timely move. They disclosed all necessary information before I provided the necessary signatures, and I really appreciated that.They worked very hard throughout the entire moving process and were very polite and considerate with respect to customer service and our moving preferences. They asked questions whenever they had any doubts and kindly met our requests and expectations. Overall, they were a wonderful, hardworking, and polite crew and provided an excellent service that exceeded our expectations--their work ethic and professionalism made me want to contact AB Moving again for my future moving needs. In addition, I really like how AB Moving provided a transparent quotation with affordable and competitive prices and a timely confirmation. Thank you!

Everything!!!! The moving crew was prompt and efficient. They carefully wrapped and padded furniture, mirrors and TV and were extremely careful not to touch the walls. The crew was more than polite and accommodating!!! Great Experience!!!!

Making arrangements for this move with AB Moving was very easy and handled efficiently. The truck was in good condition and very clean. The three workmen were excellent! They took great care of my possessions and everything arrived at the new house unharmed. They were very careful about the floors and walls as well as the furniture. I highly recommend AB Moving!

They were fast and very efficient. Knew what they were doing. Previous mover had hired college kids who had no clue how to move or keep moving for that part. All they did was complain about other people.

While AB moving was careful with my furniture, which I appreciated, they were, in my opinion, very slow. I have a one bedroom Condo which contained the normal amount of furniture one would expect including a queen sized bedroom suite, washer and dryer and a curio cabinet. All drawers were empty and I pulled most of the shelves out of the bookcases and kept track of the hardware.They did not move any boxes or small items, just furniture. It still took them 3 1/2 hours for a 5 mile move. I was disappointed in that, but if that had been it, it would have just earned them a medium rating. When the lead mover pulled the washer out of place, he broke the transition piece between the tile floor and the laminate flooring. He looked me directly in the eye when he did it and said nothing, just put it back in place. After he moved the washer I went to look at it and asked my significant other if that had been broken before, and when he saw us discussing it, the mover did admit he had broken it. We are pretty laid back, so we just said, that's ok, it's not a big deal. Again, a bit of a disappointment, but things happen. After the furniture was brought into the new house, they had me sign about a million forms, which they didn't seem anxious for me to read. They charged the additional 1.5 hours, and left, after I went ahead and gave them each a 10% tip. They had not placed the armoire where I wanted it, so we moved it. That's when I discovered they and knocked a hole about the size of a quarter in the drywall with the top corner of the armoire. For me, it's not so much that they damaged the wall, but the fact that 1) they did not tell me they had done it, and 2) they covered it up with the armoire so it couldn't be seen until the piece was moved. They had such amazing reviews on Angie's list as well as other places I checked I was confident that I was going to have good, quick, honest movers. I am very disappointed and not only will I not use them again, I will not refer anyone to them.

The three guys who helped me (Louie, Carlos, and another I can't remember his name). Did an excellent job and respected my property and time.

The only think that needs improvement is the survey. I tried to do it twice from 2 different devices the day after the move because the guys did so well.
