The work should be evenly distributed among all staff, and not leaving the bulk of it to one person.
A way to give credit us when people recommend you
when the movers removed my refrigerator, the water line was not sealed properly so I arrived at my vacant house the next day with a water leak - my carpet was soaked. I spent the rest of the day getting a plumber to my house on a Sunday and buying large fans to dry the carpet after the plumber left. The movers told me they had a hard time shutting off the water behind the refrig but told me it was fixed before I left my house on Sat. This turned into a HUGE expensive experience. lessons learned - LET THE HOMEOWNER KNOW IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!!! Or prepare the homeowner to have the right stopper for the refrig waterline.

Improve customer service among the administrative team. Kyle was rude and didn't seem to concerned with my issues. If it weren't for the actual movers I wouldn't use this company again or refer anyone else.
