Drop the troops charge for repeat customers
The crew was fast but the failed to communicate that all the content in the drawers were going to move. I'd rather pack it than loose screws that were placed in the drawers. Damage was done to the bed set and wood furniture.

It was as little hard early on to communicate with them re: packing materials needed. I felt like I had to tell them how much of the supplies to bring vs. the company using their expertise and telling me what they think I will need.
