I didn't need 3 movers or that big truck. All my furniture fit in a 10 x 10 store room.
Would have liked a call sooner than 5 minutes before
Nothing ya'll were perfect
Based on previous 2 moves it should have taken just over 2 hours. These three guys took 5.5 hours. One guy was productive while the other two would make a trip to or from the truck with one small item at a time and then took several breaks during the loading and unloading process. And the two younger ones just complained and seemed to be running up the clock purposely.
be a little more careful. notice one of my bookshelves was broken from the move :(

Per items not per hours move!
Our movers had already been working for 8 hours prior to ours, our move was also scheduled to begin anytime from 12-3. Our movers got to our place at 5. They were very tired. We were paying by the hour so it made our costs more expensive. We had to call the office and ask for our discount instead of it being automatic with any kind of apologies from the office who scheduled the disaster double booking and then didn't call us with options. The only communication from AB's end was from the exhausted movers. I would not recommend AB movers because of how they would send a crew who had already been working all day to our place. Plus, customer service in the "We screwed up" department, needs to do a better job because it leaves us upset after the whole ordeal without sufficient enough effort from the office to make things right.

THOSE GUYS WERE LAZY, DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, GOT UPSET, JUST NOT AS NICE AND INTERESTED IN DOING THEIR JOB THAN THE LAT 4 TIMES ME AND MY FAMILY USED YOU ESPECIALLY THE GUY WOULD HANDLED PAYMENT, IF HE'S IN CHARGE HE SHOULDN'T BE BECAUSE HIS ATTITUDE IMPEDES A POSITIVE MOVE.
Nothing you guys are prefect
This move took twice as long as it should have, a second crew had to come out that should have been called out from the start, items were broken and damaged, and they didn't even finish putting beds together or taking off the plastic wrap...
