The three man crew arrived tired or at least appeared to be so. They were very slow and didn't seem to know how to do their jobs. They seemed to be stalling and wasting time in order to run up the bill. They damaged not only my furniture but also my new home. They dragged items across the floors, scraped walls and put dirty hand prints everywhere. None of them exhibited much strength and appeared inexperienced. It was a disturbing and frustrating experience. I finally just told them to stop when it became unbearable to have them there. I got friends and family to finish the move. The truck was filthy and was missing part of its side which had a piece of plywood nailed on the outside. The company is unprofessional and incompetent.
I honestly can not think of anything at the time. I was very pleased.

Tell their story better - highlight the things above more about securing belogings, etc. Everyone has concerns about movers being careless, but AB was anything but that.
If you are going to charge a 45.00 travel fee then I think that the clock should stop after they are done loading and then restart when they start unloading
